UML GC: MK Nepal panel leads in leadership race

KATHMANDU, JUL 14 - CPN-UML,senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal is currently leading the leadership election race against KP Sharma Oli, for the first time since the vote counting started yesterday, according to the latest poll results.In the vote count currently taking place at the covered hall of Dasarath Stadium, Leader Nepal is leading by 20 votes.According to the latest poll results, Nepal has secured 385 votes while Oli is pursuing him with 365 votes.Early trends had shown that the panel led by KP Sharma Oli was leading with 422 votes counted until 10:30pm on Sunday.
